I’m back from vacation! I had a really great three weeks visiting friends in London, New Jersey, Philadelphia, and NYC, and now I’m glad to be back home in my comfortably dim apartment. Hooray!

Today was my “last” day of class (I have to go back at least twice more to pick up two glazed pieces and one more that hasn’t been fired yet), so that meant I had a bounty of finished pieces to take home. Above, check out my finished two-prong vase (I heard they used it in the art show while I was away) and a couple of crappy bowls and trays. If anyone wants anything, by the way, I’d be happy to share.

Below, a new mug (it’ll be vivid orange after it’s fired) and a small pot for my mom’s Egyptian room. (Don’t look if you want to be surprised, Mom!)
